Sunny was just a young horse in critical condition when the veterinary hospital reached out to us for urgent help. She arrived barely hanging on. Today she is thriving — and her transformation is something you have to see to believe.
Her Story
In August 2022, we received an urgent call from the veterinary hospital we partner with in Ceará. A young horse had been brought in severely malnourished, weak, and in desperate need of long-term care that her situation couldn't provide. They asked if we could take her.
We said yes. Sunny came to us fragile and frightened, but with time, proper nutrition, and consistent love, she blossomed. She is now a strong, vibrant horse who greets her caregivers with curiosity and warmth every single morning.
