Rosie was found pregnant and alone on dangerous streets, running out of time. We reached her just in time. Today, she and her baby are safe — a mother who never gave up, and a team that never gave up on her.
Her Story
In February 2024, we were alerted about a pregnant donkey wandering alone in a dangerous part of town. She was vulnerable, visibly stressed, and running out of time. We moved quickly.
Rosie arrived at the sanctuary and gave birth safely in our care. Her baby was born into warmth, safety, and love — exactly the start every life deserves. Rosie is now a calm, nurturing mother who has settled beautifully into sanctuary life.
What Your Sponsorship Covers
